Men's Lacrosse: Marist defeats Mount St. Mary's

Mount St. Mary's scored twice in the final 41 seconds to force
overtime, but it was not enough as Marist pulled out a 6-5 victory in
double overtime. Freshman Dan Mohr scored three times in the loss for
the Mount (1-10, 1-5 MAAC).

Men's Lacrosse: Marist defeats Providence 7-6

The Marist men's lacrosse team won their first game of the season on
Wednesday afternoon, scoring five goals in the second quarter to defeat
Providence 7-6 at Tenney Stadium at Leonidoff Field. The Red Foxes
handed the Friars their first loss in MAAC Lacrosse League play.
Sophomore attack Ryan Sharkey (West Field, N.J.) led Marist with a pair
of goals and also had an assist.
